2006-2010

Launched providing capital markets advisory. Early transactions included project financing for real estate projects..Following the global financial crisis we were active restructuring debt and derivatives, providing subject matter expertise for a leading global law firm.

2011-2016

Expanded into FinTech. Early transactions included the development and commercialisation of treasury management, core banking, credit scoring and client engagement solutions.

Active in establishing IT and Finance shared service centres in The Baltic States as clients undertook business model change by blending digital, captive shared services, and business process outsourcing.

2017-2022

Strong focus on consumer and business lending in the crowdfunding and credit union sectors, including digital transformation, funding advisory, and technology sourcing.

Intensive engagement with lenders, investors, and regulators during COVID 19 to deliver compliance, model scenarios and request waivers or restructuring.

Actively investing in FinTech securities as interest rate and digital assets classes rotated.

Developed Vellis, a neobank for SMEs for a  private equity investor and conducted the strategic review of a payment services provider.
